As Bobby Troup wrote, ‘Get Your Kicks, On Route 66, you can certainly relate to this lyric driving along this fabulous road. Each mile brings a spark of magic with inspiration around every corner (when you eventually come to one). We stopped in Kingman Arizona on our way back to Vegas where vintage style surrounded each block. The light was bright but softened by a thin layer of cloud in order to defuse the light creating a beautiful classic desert feel to the image. And if you are ever in Kingman, I highly recommend the milk shake at Mr D’s. You certainly do get your kicks on route 66.
